With almost two decades of experience in the field of education and after working in many prestigious educational institutions of the city, in the capacity of PGT, H.O.D and Coordinator , I believe that education is the only powerful instrument we can use to change the society.
Over the last decades, my experience made me firmly believe that the real foundation of a child along with education is discipline, a sense of responsibility and values which help to fulfill the real essence of education.
My vision for Bhartiyam International School is to take our students to the zenith of success and also to ensure a healthy and cooperative and conducive atmosphere for our faculty members to work even harder and bring out the best in each and every child in our institution.

The senior school years are a stage where students require guidance that is practical, structured, and future-oriented. At School, our work with senior students focuses on helping them manage academic pressure, build consistency in performance, and prepare themselves for higher education and professional life.

Our approach is based on regular academic planning, continuous monitoring, and open communication with both students and parents. We closely track student progress through assessments, classroom performance, attendance, assignment completion, and participation. Wherever required, students are provided with additional support, mentoring, and subject guidance to help them improve steadily rather than relying only on examination results.

At the senior level, emotional well-being is equally important. We work to maintain an environment where students can communicate freely with teachers, seek guidance without hesitation, and learn to handle challenges with maturity and balance. Career awareness sessions, counselling support, and regular interaction with teachers help students make informed academic and career choices.

The role of the school at this stage is not limited to completing the syllabus. It is to help students become prepared, dependable, and capable young individuals who can adapt confidently to future demands. Our teachers and coordinators work together to ensure that every student receives both academic direction and personal support throughout the year.

With 25 years in education, Ms. Mamta had the privilege of growing alongside this profession in many ways. She began her journey in primary school – learning the art of patience, simplicity, and meeting every child where they are. Over the years, she moved through different sections and roles, from classroom teacher to administrative responsibilities, and eventually to the higher grades.

As Academic Coordinator of Middle Wing at Bhartiyam International School, she believes that discipline, empathy, and a genuine curiosity about the world are just as important as any textbook. Social Science, after all, is the study of people, societies, and the world we share and she tries to bring that alive in every class.

Dr. Renuka Shah

Dr. Renuka Sah is a distinguished educator with a rich interdisciplinary background spanning Geography, Education, and Applied Development. An ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) fellow, she brings rigorous academic scholarship combined with extensive practical experience in student development, and co-curricular programme management. As Academic Activity Incharge, Dr. Sah channels her expertise into fostering holistic learning environment, inspiring students to engage actively with their social, environmental, and cultural surroundings.

Ms. Deepika Pandey is a passionate education professional with experience at the Public Library, Noida and the Human Resource & Development Center, Kumaun University. She strongly believes that co-curricular and extracurricular activities play a vital role in shaping a child’s personality and overall growth. Through innovative programs and student-centered approaches, she strives to create a positive and inspiring environment where students can explore their talents, develop essential life skills, and become confident, future-ready individuals.

Bhartiyam International School was established on 9 July 2012 in the safe and pollution-free haven situated in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. Our founders Mr. Bharat Goel, Mr. Jaswindar Pal Singh, Mr. Rakesh Goel, Mrs. Smriti Goel, and Mr. Vivek Goel laid the groundwork for Bhartiyam International School, Rudrapur that has now become one of the leading schools of Uttarakhand.
