Under the glistening sun and the pleasant breeze of dusk, the landscape and portals of Bhartiyam International School, Rudrapur greeted one and all for the 9th Annual Day Celebrations held on Friday, 11th November, 2022 with open arms and joyous hearts.
At first, the chief guest of the event Shri. Manjunath T.C. S.S.P. Rudrapur Udham Singh Nagar president of the function, accompanied by Mr. Rajesh Shukla , ex- MLA Kichcha were given a thumping and resounding welcome to the beats of the traditional Cultural Rendition.
The formal programme commenced with a beautifully ethereal welcome dance performance by the students. This was followed by the invocation of Prayer led in mellifluous melody by the choir. The Annual school report is a crowning glory of any annual day event. Ms. Rashmi Anand, Principal of the school presented the Annual School Report, with able eloquence detailing in depth of, and about the school’s achievements in various Academic and Co-curricular events / sports and other disciplines, and also of the school’s future plans.
‘Success is the result of perseverance and perfection’. Students who excelled in academic and sports disciplines were awarded with Proficiency Prizes and Sports Championships, respectively.
‘Bharat ki Aazadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ was the accorded theme of this year’s annual day celebrations.
Talent is a gift that everyone is blessed with. The students of Bhartiyam put on their dancing shoes came to the fore, with their acting skills by performing various programmes during the Cultural fiesta of the Annual day.
Keeping in mind the Annual Theme, students of the higher classes highlighted the importance of freedom.
Apart from all the foot-tapping dances presented by the kindergarten, pre-primary and primary grade students, the real icing on the celebratory cake was the WORLD IS ONE a theme based amalgamated performance by the Per-primary wing of Bhartiyam International School and its sister school Bhartiyam Kids Planet. The School Director Mr. Bharat Goel addressed the gathering and extended his congratulations to all the performers and achievers. After which, saga of the great heros of Indian Independance was sung and put forth as a musical story that was performed with great perfection, and the two in one portrayal of pre and post independance was the proverbial cherry on the top.
Bhartiyam International School was honoured to have Mr. Rajesh Shukla, ex- MLA, Kichha , who made a notable presence during the cultural programme. In his brief speech, he congratulated the school for the tremendous growth and success that it has achieved since its foundation.
The Grand Finale was laid out by all the performers through which they gave the Meaning of Freedom in True Sense.
Raunak Arora the school head boy, proposed the vote of thanks, which drew curtain to formal stage programme and cultural events. After this, National Anthem was sung.
Overall, the 9th Annual Day Celebrations of Bhartiyam International School was a grand success and was much appreciated by Guests, Parents and Well-wishers.
