With almost two decades of experience in the field of education and after working in many prestigious educational institutions of the city, in the capacity of PGT, H.O.D and Coordinator , I believe that education is the only powerful instrument we can use to change the society.
Over the last decades, my experience made me firmly believe that the real foundation of a child along with education is discipline, a sense of responsibility and values which help to fulfill the real essence of education.
My vision for Bhartiyam International School is to take our students to the zenith of success and also to ensure a healthy and cooperative and conducive atmosphere for our faculty members to work even harder and bring out the best in each and every child in our institution.
"Success is the sum of all small efforts repeated day in and day out " and I ,as the Vice Principal of Bhartiyam International School ensure that each and every effort repeated day in and day out will result in bringing laurels to this institution.

Dr. Jagjit Kaur is a professional educator with diverse experience and strong track record fostering child-centered curriculum and student creativity. As a warm and caring teacher she always wants all children to be successful learners and works to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students. She is a forward-thinking educational leader with the proven capacity for developing a vision and delivering on organizational missions and objectives throughout her teaching career, taking on increasingly greater supervisorial roles within education. She started her initiation into academics with D.A.V public school which is a prestigious school of Ludhiana,Punjab and later on she worked as a PGT (Commerce) with Guru Teg Bahadur School, Haldwani Uttarakhand. In the year 2008 she joined as a Lecturer in Guru Teg Bahadur College, Haldwani, Uttarakhand, and taught students of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) subjects related to Management and Interpersonal Communication and after that she was appointed as a Assistant Professor at the Amrapali Institute of Management and Computer Applications (AIMCA), Haldwani, Uttarakhand where she worked for 7 years. During this tenure she presented research papers in national and international seminars, attended workshops organized by UGC and CBSE and worked as a Assistant Proctor also. Presently she is appointed as a PGT (Commerce) and additionally playing the role of Senior Activity Coordinator in Bhartiyam International School , Rudrapur.

An avid reader with a passion for learning, she strongly believes in the magic and knowledge that the world of books can unleash. Intelligence, Enthusiasm, Creativity, Positive Attitude and a Team Player are few of her attributes that help her in doing her task effectively and efficiently. She is a huge believer of team work and always keep the team spirit high by motivating them and getting the best results.
Her passions are teaching, reading and travelling.
A Management Post Graduate, who initially started her career journey working in a Software Company at Noida but later her zeal of teaching and learning motivated her to complete her B.ed. and started working in Education Sector.

She decided to be an educator after completing her BBA and MBA and further did her DL.Ed and B.Ed from Kumaon University with a belief to make a difference in a child's life with the strength of education. Being an extraversion she ensures child centric activities and optimum skill development of a child.Being associated with Bhartiyam International School for past eight years has given her vast experience of providing students with the platform to enhance their skills, develope confidence and express their unique ideas in blithefull way
