“Grandparents are a little bit parents, a little bit teacher and a little bit best friend.”
The motive behind this day’s celebration is to honour grandparents for all the sacrifices they make for their families and also to create awareness among the children of the moral support, information and guidance they can offer.
BIS thanked every grandparent for their presence and for their continuous support and guidance to children.
At the end of the celebration beautiful saplings were presented to honour all grandparents, as a token of love from BIS
